STEP-3(The .lvz)
Ok, here you will 'program' your .ini.
Don't worry! It's very simple and easy.

1) Open #STEP-2.lvl (Your track) and open #STEP-3.ini

2)When you open the .ini you'll see lots of strange stuff. First you'll need to tell the .ini what files you need.
If you need High speed turn I6. So you need to delete the ; before File=I6.bmp. This will tell your ini that you need that file.
Now you look what you need and delete the ; before File=XX.bmp.
Note: Don't delete all ; because if depends on the .lvz size.
Note2: On the top you'll see OutFile=Yourracetrackname.lvz change to Outfile=<your race track name>.lvz

3) Scroll a bit more down to [objectimages]. Now you'll need to look and remember the images numbers. But that isn't hard. For example I6 will be IMAGE96.
You can also remember the numbers by an easier way. Using the ABC. A=10 B=20 C=30 D=40 E=50 F=60 G=70 H=80 I= 90 J=100 K=110 L=120 M=130 N=140  O=150  P=160 Q=170 R=180. If you need I6 you add 6 to 90( Which is I) so it will be 96.

4) Skip the [mapobjects] and don't touch it. Scroll all the way to ;Locations of MEGA TILES ***********************.

5) Now look at your .lvl again. If you need I6 at box X-01 Y-0 so you'll need to delete the before <BIG NUMBER>,<BIG NUMBER>,<IMAGE???>,AfterTiles.
Don't delete the ; before 'Grid X-01 Y-0', if you will you'll get an error. now where's the <IMAGE???> remove the '???' and put in the number you need. For I6 it's 96 so it should be 'IMAGE96' instant of  'IMAGE???'.
Note: Use the unused boxes in your .lvl to know what boxes are used.

6)Scroll down and find all the boxes and need to be filled. It might take a hour or 2. After you're done SAVE!!!( You don't wanna lose 2 hours, don't you ?)

7) Delete all unused boxes from your .ini (Don't delete you're used boxes!, tiles or what ever is used just delete all orange tiles).

After you're done that your .lvl should look like this (Without the orange tiles):

8)Now go to your racetrack folder and click on 'BuildLevel.exe'. You'll see a window pops up and it wants your ini. Click on your ini and click open.

9)After you open the .ini the window closes. And you should find your <lvzname>.lvz in your racetrack folder.
Note1: Your .lvz name will depends on 'Outfile=<Thename>.lvz' in the .ini. (It's in the top of the .ini)

10) Put the your .lvz and .lvl and .ini  in a .rar/.zip file and send to  SuperDAVE(postal) use his e-mail superdavepostal@gmail.com
He will contact you and your track should be on TWDev Testing soon.

Now, hug yourself!
You made a track!
And shout: 'I ROCK'

That's it for this lessen -Nightattack
