Trench Wars Staff are always looking for players who play regularly and are friendly, helpful,
knowledgeable and who show a desire to improve the zone. Staff start out as Zone Helpers
where they host events, but their main task is to learn the basics of being a staff member,
and handle help calls from players that need help with issues they are having with the game. How far
and where they go from there is up to them and is based on their skills as well as interests.
As a serious applicant, you should submit as detailed an application as possible for a higher
likelihood to be considered for a position in staff.
You will not receive a reply to your staff application until you are actually selected to become
a member of staff. Sometimes there is a long waiting list of applications. This is because we
individually train every new staff member and that takes time. For this reason we can't hire too many
new staff members at once. Also, some applicants are more promising than others, so some have higher
priority. Your application will stay in our system and will be reviewed periodically until you are selected.
