Ban Appeal Instructions

Please ensure that at the very minimum you have the following information in your support request:

  • In-game Player Name / Alias
  • Ban ID
  • Description / Reason for appeal
  • Supporting Documentation (e.g. screenshots) (optional)

 

An email address is helpful, but not required. An email address helps the system identify you, and let you know if someone has replied to your request.

If you choose not to provide an email address, the only way the ban operators will be able to get in touch with you is in-game via ?message.

Staff Abuse Complaints

Please note that the staff abuse category is for high-level staff abuse complaints not relating to a ban appeal. If you wish to appeal your ban, please use the "ban appeals" category.

For increased security, we recommend you also send an email to our systems operators:

Reporting Rule Violations?

There is a new category for reporting rule violations. Please report these the same as you would for ?cheater calls.

Please provide as much detailed information as possible, including:

  • Date/Time of the Incident
  • Players Involved
  • Description of the violation
  • Evidence (e.g. Screenshots, Video)
